Conference registration

1. At least one author must register as presenter by June 1st, at the conference.
2. ComSoc policy states that all accepted NOC/OC&I 2012 technical paper presenters must register as Regular.
3. One registration is valid for two (2) papers.
4. The organizers of NOC/OC&I 2012 as well as our attendees expect accepted papers to be presented at the conference. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore®) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
